Kavli Institute for Cosmology, Cambridge

We are excited to announce a Kavli Science Focus Meeting, CamGW: Surveying the range of gravitational-wave science in Cambridge, which will take place at KICC on Tues 11 March from 9am to 5pm.

The meeting will bring together researchers from across various departments and disciplines (including astrophysics, data analysis, fundamental physics) in a forum where we can explore the range of GW science being carried out in Cambridge. The goal will be to foster new collaboration opportunities and links between groups in KICC, the IoA, Cavendish and DAMTP.

FLASH TALK SUBMISSIONS

The afternoon session will include a series of "flash talks" -- brief, one-slide presentations introducing yourself and describing an aspect of your research related to GWs. These will be collected and shared after the meeting as a resource for the Cambridge GW community, so please consider submitting a slide even if you are unable to join on 11 March.

Slides should be sent as a PDF by email to the lead organisers, Alex Jenkins (acj46) and James Alvey (jbga2) by Mon 10 March. Please get in touch if you have any questions about the slide format or submission.
