Kavli Institute for Cosmology announces new programme of research fellowships: the 'Gavin Boyle Fellowship in Cosmology and Exoplanetary Science

The Kavli Institute for Cosmology is glad to announce a new programme of
research fellowships: the 'Gavin Boyle Fellowship in Cosmology and Exoplanetary Science’.

This new Fellowship programme has been made possible by the generous joint donation from Mr Gavin Boyle and the Kavli Foundation, and aims at attracting outstanding observers and theorists with interests in the areas of Exoplanetary Science or Cosmology, and who have the potential to become leaders in their fields.

It is expected that the Gavin Boyle Fellows will also be offered an affiliation with Selwyn College, which may include additional College benefits. This joint affiliation is expected to be highly beneficial for the Fellow’s career while fostering collaboration between the Kavli Institute and the College.

The first of these research fellowships has just been announced (advert available here) and will be in the area of Exoplanets, with the goal of starting in October 2019.
