Dr. Boris Bolliet is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the MPhil in Data Intensive Science at the University of Cambridge. Previously,  Dr. Bolliet was a Senior Research Associate in the Cosmology group at DAMTP, and a postdoctoral researcher at Columbia University, New York, and the Jodrell Bank Center for Astrophysics in Manchester. Dr. Bolliet obtained his PhD in 2017 in his hometown, Grenoble, France, working on the phenomenology of quantum cosmology, modified gravity and astrophysics. In his current research, Dr. Bolliet works on the application of Artificial Intelligence to Cosmic Microwave Background and Large Scale Structure data analysis using deep learning and agentic approaches. Dr. Bolliet is a member of several international collaborations, including the Simons Observatory, where he plays a leading role on research related to the Sunyaev Zeldovich effect
